Registration Information
 

 

In order register your child to come to Bayside Elementary you will need to call or email to make an appointment.

When you come to the appointment you will need to bring the following items.

bullet  Social Security Number/Card
bullet Birth Certificate
bullet Immunizations
bullet Proof of Residency (electric/power, water, gas bills, Queen Anne's County property tax bill, lease/rental agreement, contract of sale, mortgage statement, homeowners/renters insurance statement)
bullet Reports Cards/Test Scores are helpful but not required.

 

Your child's school records have important documents that travel with them throughout their education.  In order to make your child's records complete your cooperation in having the above information/documents when you register will be greatly appreciated.
