Academic Resume All students are encouraged to develop an Academic Resume. All college and scholarship applications ask about activities, community service, etc. An Academic Resume is a great way to help you stand out in the process! Please use the following as a guide as you develop your resume! Start early! Students should start in the 9th grade and update it each year. It is very difficult to remember what you did in the 9th grade when you get to be a senior!

If you need assistance or have any questions, please see your Guidance Counselor.

The Queen Anne’s County Department of Animal Services is looking for volunteers. Positions vary from internal jobs that would include hands-on interactions with the animals to external jobs interacting with the public. Internal jobs include exercising, and grooming the animals, and maintenance of the kennels. External jobs include working with rescue groups, adoptee home visits, fundraising, adoption days, and other programs. If you are interested in volunteering please contact Brooks Bosley at 410-758-8653 or brooks.bosley@verizon.net.

Career Education Volunteers needed from the Community. We are looking for individuals from the community to come into our classrooms to speak with students about their career. In an effort to expand our students' knowledge on career opportunities we are asking for volunteers to help spread the word and help educate our students. If you would like to volunteer please contact Mrs. Nies at 410-604-2070 ext. 4006 or email tammy.nies@qacps.org
