The Pit Orchestra is very different from all of the other bands at Queen Anne's County High School.  It never performs alone as in a concert, but instead plays during nearly the entire length of the QACHS Spring Musicals put on by the Drama Club.  Members of the Pit stay after school to practice a few times each week starting in January all the way up to the time of the play sometime in early March.
